The Compound will focus on developing strength, speed and athleticism. We will use a variety of Training Styles and each workout will be different. The workouts will be a combination of Cross-fit, Plyometrics, Olympic Lifts, Speed/Agility, footwork drills and core. The overall goals is to develop bigger, faster, stronger athletes of all ages, in all sports. (male and female)

FUNCTIONAL INTENSITY

This is our #1 class and exactly what the Compound is all about. This class focuses on dedicated athletes looking to get an edge on their competition. This is a very intense class and the athletes get stronger physically and mentally. Our top priority is to develop the most explosive, strongest and mentally toughest athlete that we can. We focus on form and making sure each athlete is working extremely hard, while doing every exercise with perfect form. Each class is led by a certified trainer. Our goal is to make the class extremely fun, ever changing and challenging for the athletes.

LITTLE HAMMERS

This class is designed for the younger athletes, just getting into sports and working out. This is still a great workout and the athletes get a chance to learn proper form on every exercise. It’s also perfect for the non-athlete, who is looking for physical activity to get in shape or lose some extra pounds. Parents use this class to get their children out of the house, away from their video games and into a structure workout. Every class is led by a certified trainer. Our goal is to make the class extremely fun, ever changing and challenging for the athletes.

ALL GIRLS STRENGTH SESSIONS

This class has quickly grown into a very popular class. We have females in all the classes, but this class is designed exclusively for female athletes or non-athletes looking for a focused, structured workout. Many females feel much more comfortable working out with other females. Every class is led by a certified trainer. Our goal is to make the class extremely fun, ever changing and challenging for the athletes.

ADULT COMPOUND SESSIONS

At the Compound, we run Adult sessions with the same exact workout plans as we use for the athletes. These workouts are led by a trainer and puts the adults through circuits and various exercises. Most adults like the workouts because they focus on strength training, while at the same time they get in their cardio for the day. They also like the fact their show up and are led through a workout plan designed by a certified trainer. They don't have to worry about coming up with a workout plan on their own.

TEAM WORKOUTS SESSIONS

We offer time slots throughout the week for team workouts. These have become popular for many reasons. The teams who have taken advantage of these workouts have all been extremely successful. There is no doubt these workouts help with speed, strength, and mental toughness. The main reason, many coaches are after these workouts is the team building aspect. Teams who train and grind together….will always win together.

12 HOURS LOCK-INS SESSIONS

The Compound has been running 12 hour lock-ins for the last 3 years. Our focus is building an athlete's mental capacity, by putting them through 12 hours of challenging physical activities. During an average lock-in, athletes complete hundreds of reps of various exercises, while running many miles and being pushed harder than they ever have been. Parents and coaches love the idea of pushing the athletes above and beyond any workout they ever experienced before. Teams also use this as a team builder activity and lots of times, their coaches come and enjoy the day with their team.

RECORDED BOARD WORKOUTS

These workouts are extremely popular and only open to Compound athletes. I have a large record board and the athletes compete to get names on the board for certain, trackable events. The athlete's work really hard and get maximum effort trying to obtain the best time they can.

DOUBLE WEEKEND WORKOUTS

Some weekend I would offer, Friday Night live, a Saturday morning workout, followed by a Strength workout. This gets many athletes Through the doors. I often ran these workouts during wrestling season, instead of wasting time at a tournament. Parents would much rather get three high quality workouts in and be finished by 1:00pm on a Saturday.

FRIDAY NIGHT LIVE

We would open up the gym and offer live wrestling nights. Many of my extra workout offers are geared towards getting different athletes into the gym to experience the Compound. These fill up quickly and usually needs a waiting list.

FOOTBALL WORKOUTS

These are in the summer months. We focus on lots of footwork and agility exercises. We usualize our outside area. We have the athletes in the best of their lives heading into their football camps. Our athletes last year dominated on the gridiron and at their football camps.
